Following the migration of AppDynamics’ website into Cisco’s AEM platform, the next major initiative was a full redesign to modernize the brand, elevate the user experience, and optimize content management. As the Senior UI/UX Designer and Digital Operations Lead, I was responsible for redesigning the site, managing the build, and leading the team through the transition.

The challenge was twofold: not only did we need to refresh the website’s visual and functional design, but we also had to implement and train the broader team on a new module-based design system — ensuring that every piece of content, page, and interaction aligned with updated brand guidelines and worked seamlessly within the new CMS environment.

The project was ambitious, with a condensed timeline that demanded precision and agility. We completed the design, build, and implementation of the MVP  sections within just four months, ensuring that key user journeys and critical business functions were live and fully operational.

This was immediately followed by a phased rollout over the next four months, where we systematically updated and launched the remaining sections of the site, continuously refining based on real-time feedback and evolving brand needs.

Post-launch, we reduced the time to create new sales and marketing pages by 75%, cutting production from four weeks to just one with the new operations process.
